Privacy

NEUROWOOD is not launched yet. Right now you can register for free, watch trailers and first episodes, and creators can submit their projects. Here is what we collect, and why.

• Your email — to tell you when NEUROWOOD launches, when titles you follow premiere, and about launch offers, if any.
• How you found us — campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source, a referral or promo code), the page you came from, and the title you signed up from. This shows us which videos and channels work.
• Region, language and country — to show the right catalog and language.
• Titles you follow (NOTIFY ME) — so we email you when they premiere.
• Technical data — your browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address, only to stop spam and abuse. We don’t store your IP address itself.
• Your account — if you sign in with Google, we get your email address and the basic profile Google shares (name and picture). We never see your Google password and get no other access to your Google account.
• What you watch — your list, titles you follow, where you stopped in each episode and your settings are saved to your account, so they work on all your devices. We also record viewing events (started, 25/50/95% watched, seconds watched, language and country) to count views, build charts like the Top 10 and, after launch, to calculate creators’ share of revenue. If you are not signed in, these events are linked only to a random ID in your browser.
• If you are a creator — your name, studio, country, links and “about” text, your projects (titles, descriptions, rights answers, links to the Google Drive folders you share and the file names and sizes in them) and moderation decisions. When you give data consent in the creator application, sign the Creator Agreement or a License Schedule, we keep the name you typed, the time, the version and a fingerprint of the text, your email, IP address and browser — this is the record of your consent or signature.

Marketing emails (new trailers and news) are sent only if you tick the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We don’t sell your data. It is stored with our database provider (Supabase, United States) and used only by NEUROWOOD. Other services that work for us: Vercel (website hosting, United States), Bunny (video delivery, European Union), Google (sign-in, checking the Drive folders creators share with us, and Google Analytics — in the EU, the UK and Switzerland only if you agree) and Brevo (emails, European Union). We keep it until you ask us to delete it, or for up to 24 months after launch if you never become a member.

Your rights: you can ask us what we store about you, correct it, or delete it at any time — write to hello@neurowood.ai. You can also delete your account yourself: My → Delete account. If you are a creator with a signed agreement, we keep the signature record for as long as the law and the agreement require.

Age: accounts are for people 18 and older. NEUROWOOD KIDS does not ask children for any personal data.

Terms

• Joining the early-access list is free and does not commit you to buy anything.
• Pricing: subscription prices will be announced before paid access launches. If you joined the list before October 30, 2026, we will tell you before launch which launch terms apply to you.
• Before paid subscriptions start, we will show the full subscription terms and price, and nothing is charged without your explicit purchase.
• Payment: payment is not available in Russia and Belarus.
• Titles shown as “In development” or “Coming soon” are not finished yet; release dates can change.
• Films and series on NEUROWOOD are made by creative teams using AI tools. All rights belong to their authors and right holders.

Refunds

No payments are taken right now. When paid subscriptions start, the refund and cancellation policy will be published here before you can subscribe.

Rights complaints (copyright, DMCA)

If you believe something on NEUROWOOD uses your work or your rights without permission, write to hello@neurowood.ai with the subject “Rights complaint”. Please include: (1) the work you own or represent; (2) the link to the page on neurowd.com; (3) your name and contact details; (4) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; (5) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; (6) your physical or electronic signature.

We reply within two business days and may remove the material while we review it. A creator whose title was removed can send a counter-notice to the same address. We remove creators who repeatedly infringe others’ rights. For Discover titles the videos are hosted by YouTube, so you can also report them to YouTube directly. The same information in all eight languages: neurowd.com/copyright.

YouTube videos (Discover)

Some titles in the Discover section are videos published by their authors on YouTube. We show them with the official YouTube player and use YouTube API Services to check that a video exists and can be shown. We don’t download or store these videos. By watching them you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland the YouTube player loads only after you press Play, because YouTube may set its own cookies. Discover titles are free to watch and do not create creator payouts from NEUROWOOD; any earnings of their authors come from YouTube under YouTube's own terms.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising cookies. Your browser stores a few settings locally (your age choice, region, language, your list, where you stopped watching and your sign-in) so the site remembers them — the site doesn’t work properly without them.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages and titles people visit and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga). Advertising features and Google Signals are turned off. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. In other countries it is on by default, and you can turn it off with the button below. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
